These Terms govern access to and use of the kjuu application. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Popis služby

kjuu provides tools for creating and managing virtual waiting queues. The service is provided through a web interface and may evolve over time.

2. Účty a oprávnenosť

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• The operator may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate law.

3. Prípustné používanie

• Do not interfere with service security, availability, or integrity.
• Do not misuse queue mechanics (fake queues, fraudulent manipulation, automated abuse).
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

4. Pravidlá prevádzky radu

• One user account may own one active queue.
• A customer can actively wait in only one queue at a time.
• Queue owner controls serving order and queue pause/resume actions.

5. Dostupnosť a zmeny

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may be changed, added, or removed for security, legal, or product reasons.

6. Zodpovednosť

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from service use or unavailability.

7. Súkromie

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Prečítať zásady ochrany osobných údajov.

8. Právny rámec

These Terms are interpreted in the context of applicable European Union and Slovak legal requirements.
